Lawgic Abogados

Providing ‘high-level legal services at efficient costs’, the electricity and hydrocarbons practice at Lawgic Abogados  handles all stages of energy project development and demostrates experience across various energy-related sub-industries, from small generation projects to large-scale (hydroelectric, solar and wind utility) projects, alsong with energy transmission and storage, and green hydrogen project-development, among others. The practice is also a permanent advisor to Chile’s National Electricity Coordinator on various matters, including bidding processes. The ‘highly competent team’ is led by Agustín Walker (formerly an of counsel at Núñez Muñoz Abogados) who also co-heads the projects practice, with lkey support provided by practice director Rosario Martínez (‘exceptional dedication and skill’), who has some 15 years’ experience in  energy infrastructure project deveopment – including land-lease agreements, easements, transmission / interconnection agreements and PPAs, along with due diligence, financing processes and corporate structures.
