Arze, who ’stands out for his deep knowledge of the industry’, specialises in energy and infrastructure-related deals; De Cárcer’s experience includes assisting companies with participating in public and private infrastructure tenders; and Barros’ track record includes several significant energy and infrastructure-related deals.
