Launched in January 2024, boutique law firm SPG Abogados & Consultores' energy and natural resources team acts for both domestic and international companies on the development, regulatory, corporate and litigation aspects of energy projects. The practice is headed up by firm co-founder Roberto Sepúlveda, a former partner at Lavin Abogados & Consultores, who predominantly focuses on renewable energy infrastructure transactions, due diligence processes, and the environmental aspects of large-scale power and transmission facilities. Sepúlveda’s experience includes power acquisition contracts and toll agreements, as well as electrical concession-related processes.
