Standing out for its ‘effective integration of legal, technical and practical knowledge’, FerradaNehme's three-member energy practice comprises experts in the electricity generation, transmission, and distribution sectors, as well as the hydrocarbons industry (particularly gas distribution matters). Its experience covers energy project developments, regulatory compliance, energy storage solutions, the implementation of sustainable solutions and litigation before the Experts Panel. The team is led by Mónica Cortés, an August 2024 returnee and specialist in the regulation of Chile’s electricity and fuel markets, whose ’leadership and professionalism significantly enhance the firm's value’.
