Other names to note are: regulatory specialist María Fernanda Brahm, who acts in litigation involving energy, infrastructure, environmental law, public concessions and antitrust; and director of the regulatory and contentious-administrative law practice Santiago Portaluppi F, who focuses his practice on energy disputes before the Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels. Heading the firm’s project finance, restructuring and capital markets offering, former director Cristián Carpentier was raised to partner in January 2025. Since the conclusion of research, both Brahm and Portaluppi have left to establish their own firm- effective as of October 2025.
