In a boost to the group, Francisco Cerda , whose former experience includes a stint as foreign associate in Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’ New York office, was promoted to partner in January 2025; however, former associate Javiera Méndez left the firm in April 2025 to establish her own practice.
