With ‘solid expertise in labour and immigration matters’, Prieto Abogados’ recent experience includes several collective bargaining matters, training sessions on new legislation, work permits and temporary residences for key executives. The eight-strong practice also covers labour litigation, as well as the tax and social security aspects of labour issues. The full-service department is co-led by Christian von Bergen, whose practice encompasses collective bargaining processes, defending labour law claims, and individual and collective labour law; and labour and social security specialist Cristóbal Raby. At counsel level, immigration team leader Valentina Flen advises on collective bargaining processes across the retail, transportation and mining sectors.
