The labour and employment team at Fontaine & Cía is experienced in individual and collective employment contracts, as well as social security benefits, union relations and collective bargaining processes. The four-member team also acts in claims involving workplace accidents, work-related illnesses, violations of fundamental rights, anti-union practices and dismissals. It additionally assists with implementing protocols for new labour law regulations. Department head Diego Marín specialises in construction sector-related labour issues; while Georgo Peftlouloglou is an expert in workplace accidents and occupational disease-related liability. At associate level, Rodrigo Palacios focuses on civil and labour litigation, as well as human resources advisory work.
