Other notable areas include employment terms and conditions, contract termination processes and collective bargaining, as well as strikes and unfair labour practices. Leading the practice, Andrés Garrido is a labour law and dispute resolution specialist, who ‘handles complex labour lawsuits very successfully’, while Matías Poblete is the name to note at associate level.
