Lembeye

The project finance and development practice at Lembeye specialises in renewable energy financing, regulatory compliance and contract negotiations, and frequently advises on prominent Chilean solar and wind power developments. Clients of the firm include developers, sponsors and financial entities; and the practice’s expertise encompasses advising on EPC and O&M contracts, battery storage, hybrid energy and large-scale solar and wind projects. The group also works on mining, desalination, and transport infrastructure matters. Leading the team is founding partner Jorge Lembeye, a veteran in the project finance market and recognised expert in energy and natural resources. Nicolás Espina, who specialises in complex contract negotiations and project structuring; and mining practice head Rony Zimerman provide additional projects expertise.
