Alcalde & Cía.'s ‘extraordinary’ concessions and infrastructure team has ’thorough knowledge of the projects and infrastructure industry’, including the mining, public works, energy and ports sectors. The six-strong group has longstanding experience in advising public infrastructure concessionaires and construction companies on registration processes, re-qualification stages, bidding, construction work and related disputes. The team is co-led by Enrique Alcalde Undurraga, who routinely advises on high-stakes projects; and engineering and construction contracts specialist Carolina Candia Manríquez, whose ‘knowledge of regulations and practices is unmatched’.
