Lembeye’s public law department advises clients across industries such as energy, mining, telecommunications, media, transportation and healthcare. The department work on key cross-sectoral regulations -from environmental law, water rights, and consumer protection, to public procurement and urban planning- providing strategic legal guidance on securing permits, authorisations and concessions; it also often represents clients in administrative proceedings. Additionally, the team frequently advises on government tenders, compliance frameworks and legislative developments. With 15 years' government administration experience, practice head Guillermo de la Jara brings extensive experience advising multinational corporations, local businesses and government entities across highly regulated sectors. Key support is provided by corporate and transactional practice director María Paz Aguirre who brings extensive (commercial and civil) contractual know-how.
