DLA Piper Chile’s regulated markets team offers comprehensive administrative and public law counsel, assisting clients in highly regulated industries such as energy, infrastructure, technology, telecoms, public health and construction. With strong public-sector experience, the team also provides strategic guidance on public procurement, regulatory compliance and administrative litigation. The practice is co-led by partners Diego Peña, who brings expertise in regulatory advice relating to large-scale project developments; and Felipe Bahamondez, who focuses on representing clients in administrative procedures and handling public-bid related matters. Moreover, the practice was significantly strengthened in April 2025 with the hire of José Tomás Correa Concha  from FerradaNehme, where he had been a partner for the last four years. Correa is a specialist in administrative and regulatory law with experience handling complex cases before high courts and administrative bodies, including the Constitutional Court and the Comptroller General. Senior associate Felipe Massardo provides key support, particularly on the team's major mandates, such as public works concessions, renewable energy developments, and large-scale public infrastructure initiatives.
