It further assists with construction agreements, urbanism, condominium regulations, marketing agreements, and mixed-use project-related co-owner relations, as well as financing, tax structures, M&A-related real estate assets, environmental impact studies, and real estate investors’ partnership agreements. The extensive real estate practice of department head José Tagle encompasses residential projects, office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, multi-family projects, and agricultural real estate investments. Tagle’s expertise further includes real estate investment funds, urban law and corporate real estate matters.
