The six-member team’s principal figures are tax advice head Patrick Humphreys, whose expertise covers private wealth, VAT, estate planning, and corporate taxation and reorganisations; and tax litigation and defence head Arturo Garnham, who is experienced in income tax, M&A-related taxation, HNW matters, audits, and tax disputes. In the firm’s senior associate ranks, Andrés López's workload encompasses reorganisations, M&A and corporate taxation, along with digital services and software-related taxation; while Rodrigo Valenzuela handles tax litigation. Former fellow senior, Catalina Concha , left the firm in April 2024.
