Fintech, payments sector and risk and compliance management specialist Carolina Flisfisch is a June 2024 recruit from financial sector technology company Redbanc; former partner Rodrigo Lavados is now at senior counsel level and is experienced in data privacy, fintech regulation, advertising and entertainment law; senior partner Francisco J Illanes' broad expertise includes telecoms matters; and Juan Antonio Parodi is a highly-rated transactional expert. In the associate pool, senior Eduardo Vilches focuses on technology contracting, e-commerce, licensing, software, and personal data and information security; while José Pablo Lapostol's workload covers technology, privacy and cybersecurity work. Former senior Gabriel Pensa left the firm in October 2025.
