- Obtained a jury trial win for Ningde Amperex Technology in its lawsuit against Zhuhai CosMX Battery Co for infringement of three ATL patents for lithium ion battery technology.
- Defending Shein Technology and Roadget Business PTE against various claims, including antitrust, copyright infringement, trade secrets and tortious interference, which were brought by Whaleco in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
