  • Acted as counsel for the PRC Ministry of Commerce on a WTO dispute between China and Australia in Australia-Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Measures on Certain Products from China (DS603).
  • Represented two Thai enterprises, Siam Metal Tech and Bangkok Sheet Metal Public, in a US anti-dumping investigation.
  • Represented Boviet Solar Technology on an anti-circumvention investigation by the US on imports of Solar Products from four South East Asian countries in circumvention of the US anti-dumping/countervailing orders on China.
