The ‘very agile’ practice at Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & de la Rosa brings together a multidisciplinary group of lawyers with particular experience in advising on competition and antitrust matters concerning the energy, transport and agro-industry spheres, among others. With its recent cases spanning investigations, merger reviews, competition litigation and compliance issues, the team handles the full gamut of advisory, transactional support and contentious work. Regulatory partner María Claudia Martínez heads the department and specialises in competition, consumer protection, data protection and IP law. Public law litigator Julian Solorza, and administrative law-focused senior associate Tomás Posada, are also noted. Former senior associate Natalia Fernández left the firm in August 2024.
