Yuliana Salamanca was promoted to partner in July 2023 and has a focus on trade mark and copyright law, including AI and digital media-related issues; she recently advised Asocolflores on registering its trade mark, “FLOWERS OF COLOMBIA”, in the United States. The team also includes newly promoted (July 2023) criminal law litigator Bibiana Cala, who is noted for the development of anti-counterfeiting strategies; and senior associate Julián David Ruiz Rondan, who leads the copyright team and currently serves as president of the Colombian Copyright Center (CECOLDA).
