Holland & Knight continues to consolidate its labour and employment offering, following the May 2023 absorption of Cuberos Cortés Gutiérrez, which included its two-partner labour and employment team. Primarily recognised for its strength in labour relations, the group also handles a significant volume of labour litigation, migration matters and general consultancy work. Camilo Cuervo Diaz specialises in collective bargaining, labour litigation and regulatory compliance and co-heads the department together with Diego Acevedo, whose focus is individual and collective labour law as well as social security-related issues. Intermediate associate Juan Pablo Romero provides dedicated practice support.
