The firm’s clients include investment funds, international and investment banks, and financial institutions such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Industry sectors which the practice serves include tourism and hospitality, manufacturing, telecoms and media and banking. Managing partner Boris Šavorić has almost 30 years of experience practicing in Croatia, while Mia Lazić is the firm’s expert in banking and finance, with extensive experience handling debt restructurings and the sale of NPL portfolios. Dominik Žugaj has departed the firm.
