Led by the newly arrived managing partner Martin Hren, the commercial, corporate, and M&A group at Nlaw has a strong focus on venture capital, technology, and investments. Hren’s team has expanded its services to include private equity, larger scale M&A, and real estate transactions, notably opening two new offices in Palo Alto and London. Sandra Tomašković joined the team from Šavorić & Partners, while Frano Barović has left the firm.
