The team also work in bankruptcy and insolvency-related dispute resolution cases. Practice head Irena Vinter Gregorić has extensive experience in regulatory and labour law issues, especially in the IT, telecoms, energy and infrastructure sectors. Krešimir Kiš is currently engaged in defending Croatia’s largest oil and gas company in a commercial litigation case before the Croatian supreme court.
