Providing long-term representation of Erste Group Bank AG in arbitral and court proceedings seeking a declaration of the termination of a public-private partnerships as a condition for the transfer of the loan agreement to the City of Split with a claim value of approx. EUR 56m.
Representing DDM INVEST III AG in various litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings for the collection of claims arising from non-performing loans (NPLs).
