At Law Firm Babic, Brborovic & Partners, the employment practice focuses on carrying out regulatory advisory work and representing clients in general labour disputes. The team is currently engaged in a number of contentious employment issues and litigations, including significant employer-employee negotiations surrounding several unfair dismissal cases, along with drafting executive and managerial contracts to align with the requirements of new Croatian labour legislation implemented in early 2023. Partners and practice heads Siniša Babić and Tamara Brborović Vuletić lead the team with expertise and legal academic backgrounds in labour law.
