- Advised the Book Runners, including WOOD & Company Financial Services, a. s., Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, and UniCredit Bank Gmbh, Milan Branch (as the Joint Global Coordinators) on an approximately €140m public offering of the Cypriot issuer, Premier Energy Plc, on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), in a large IPO with a market capitalisation of €490m.
