The banking and finance team at Patrikios Legal enjoys an excellent reputation for its work across the entire spectrum of local and international loan transactions. It regularly works on loan restructuring and financing projects. Under the leadership of Stavros Pavlou, it handles a range of multi-jurisdictional corporate financing matters for major banking and financial institutions, international law firms, and in-house counsel of large groups of companies. Additionally, the firm maintains a separate banking litigation department which represents banks in banking recovery work. The department also helps with the listing of companies on international stock exchanges. Stella Strati is another prominent member of the practice, along with Angeliki Epaminonda. Lia Iordanou Theodoulou left the firm in early 2025.
