- Represented an asset holding company in acquiring pledged assets from a Russian company to secure a bank loan for the A. Consortium’s pipeline project in Bulgaria.
- Advised on a complex cross-border acquisition of a Cyprus LTD by a Luxembourg company valued at over EUR300m, involving corporate restructuring and energy sector regulations across Cyprus and Bulgaria.
