Athos Demetriou and Valentina Loizou co-head the department at Athos Demetriou Associates LLC. Loizou joined the firm in August 2024 from an in-house position. It provides a range of corporate services to its clients. The practice frequently advises on the incorporation of companies, as well as on compliance matters. Other core areas of focus include providing restructuring advice. It often works with various Cyprus investment firms and alternative investment funds. Anna Skouri left the firm in June 2024.
