Virginia Adamidou heads the department at E & G Economides LLC. Adamidou was promoted to the partnership in March 2024. The group is regularly engaged in complex corporate restructurings which often have a multi-jurisdictional dimension. It remains active advising on a whole host of other issues, including advising on shareholder agreements and corporate governance issues, as well as advising on the re-domiciliation of companies and private equity investments.
