The group is well-equipped to handle a diverse range of matters, from advising on European business grant schemes to advising on regulatory issues for regulated industries. Other core areas of focus include advising on merger control, cartels, abuses of dominant positions and other anti-competitive agreements. George Mountis, Anna Rossides and Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis are the heads of the department. Alexandros Efstathiou left the firm in May 2024 to set up his own firm.
