The banking and finance team at bpv Braun Partners s.r.o., o.z channels the bench strength of its team to advise domestic and multinational banks and other financial institutions on a diverse range of matters across the practice space. They include the preparation of security instruments, due diligence on borrowers' assets and collateral, syndicated loans, the refinancing of existing debt and representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Czech National Bank. The team is headed by practice area specialist David Vosol and managing partner Arthur Braun, who also leads the firm's M&A team.
