Kinstellar

Kinstellar's employment team has established strength in assisting with cross-border business transfers and restructurings, the implementation of internal regulations, employee bonus and share option plans, and litigation relating to collective bargaining matters and terminations. International and domestic companies are included in the department's client base. Practice head Karla Rundtová brings expertise in handling the employment elements of mergers and joint venture work, and Martina Mazůrková advises on the transfer of employees and internal restructuring issues. Iva Bilinská joined the group in June 2024.
