Bech-Bruun has ‘unique industry knowledge’ when advising clients on domestic transactions, and acquisition, real estate and project financings. The team has also extended its expertise into fund subscription financings and financings in the energy and renewables sector. Team head Thomas Thordal Sevelsted is highly experienced in complex lending transactions, bond issuances and asset financing work, often with a cross-border focus. Another key contact, Esben Moesgaard Ludvigsen, has broad experience extending to acquisition and operations financings, syndicated loan agreements and bond issuances.
