Lund Elmer Sandager’s data protection practice team has extensive experience advising a diverse client base, from large corporations to SMEs and foreign corporate groups operating in Denmark. The team collaborates closely with other departments, such as employment law, to address GDPR-related issues, including HR data privacy. Covering all aspects of data protection, the team negotiates, advises, and prepares legal documentation, manages compliance projects, and serves as DPO for several companies, handling supervision and dispute cases. Led by Torsten Hylleberg, a certified IT attorney and seasoned GDPR expert, the practice has successfully managed numerous high-profile GDPR projects.
