Boutique employment firm Labora Legal is renowned for its ‘no-nonsense approach’ and for providing ’expert guidance throughout a wide range of HR matters’. The partner-only team advises companies of all sizes and demonstrates notable expertise in terminations, incentive schemes and GDPR compliance. The practice is primarily led by the experienced Tina Reissmann, whose deep knowledge spans reorganisations, collective dismissals, collective agreements and the harmonisation of employment conditions. Co-head Jeppe Høyer Jørgensen is a key adviser to several high-profile clients and has extensive experience in employment litigation. Co-head Signe Renée West has also bolstered the team’s offering with her previous experience at the Confederation of Danish Industries and her expertise in union-related mandates and reorganisation projects. Tommy Angemair joined the team from Clemens in April 2025.
