Highlight-Mandate

  • Advised Metroselskabet on a procurement dispute, successfully representing it before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement in a case filed by Italian contractor WeBuild over the award of the civil works contract for the southern extension of Copenhagen's Cityringen Metro.
  • Advised Copydan KulturPlus in a lawsuit against the Danish state, claiming approximately €180m in damages for Denmark's failure to fully implement the EU Copyright Directive into Danish law.
  • Advised NIRAS A/S and Forsyningstilsynet (The Danish Utility Regulator) on the tender law aspects of the new Danish rules on the tendering of combustible waste, as outlined in Act number 745 from 13 June 2023.
