Nielsen Nørager

Nielsen Nørager‘s ’knowledgeable’ team draws on its interdisciplinary expertise to effectively manage complex insurance matters, including regulatory issues, in-court litigation, and arbitration. The team is co-led by Michael S. Wiisbye, who brings over two decades of experience in insurance and tort law, representing both domestic and international insurers before Danish and administrative courts. He is supported by Michael Kjær Lauritsen, who is an experienced insurance litigator, and Jan Presfeldt, who focuses on tort and insurance litigation, with emphasis on commercial, product, and construction liability.
