Led by Poul Erik Lytken, who focuses on tax and VAT in M&A and real estate transactions, the team also includes Christopher Erik Oldenburg, specialising in the tax and VAT treatment of real estate and renewable transactions, indirect taxation, and EU VAT legislation.
