Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández advises major domestic banks, including Banco BHD, Banco Santa Cruz, and Scotiabank, and acts as local counsel to a wide range of international financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan, IDB Invest, FMO, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. The team handles acquisition finance, project and structured finance, and trade finance matters, and is active in the Dominican Republic’s growing capital markets space. Recent work includes advising on a green bond issuance and representing AERODOM on a $500m bond issuance and $440m credit facility. Jaime Senior handles some of the regions’ most complex transactions and is experienced across a range of sectors. Roberto Rizik leads the team alongside Senior and Sarah De León. Fernando Marranzini is notably active in financing work, while Carolina Silié excels in the power sector, and Eileen Jiménez handles project financings.
