DMK Abogados’ labour and employment department is experienced in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, and advises clients on compliance with local regulations, employment contracts, workforce restructurings, and the modification of union agreements. The group also assists foreign clients with the establishment of local subsidiaries, including registration with labour and social security authorities, immigration matters, and the review of internal employment policies and documentation. Senior associate Vanessa Retif leads the group and is noted for her experience in employment disputes, including cases involving union matters and mass claims.
