Estrella & Tupete has increased its presence in the real estate and tourism spaces, with offices in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. The team assists major developers, construction companies, and hospitality brands and is active in structuring tourism and real estate investments, evaluating environmental impacts and advising on project financing work. Guillermo Estrella is managing partner of the firm and takes a lead role on large real estate transactions. Miguelina Quezada de Tupete leads the practice alongside Estrella.
