Highlight-Mandate

  • Acting for Orchard Street Investment Management on the first deal made on behalf of its flagship Impact Fund (which targets real estate investments with the potential to generate a measurable social and environmental impact). The Impact Fund acquired Euroway Trade Park, a multi-let industrial estate in Aylesford, and will transform the sustainability credentials of this asset.
  • Ongoing tax support to Trinity College Cambridge in relation to all aspects of its £1billion+ property portfolio, including strategic advice in relation to the proposed development of Dunsfold Park, site of the former Top Gear Track.
  • Tax advice support for TOF Corporate Trustee Limited in its acquisition of the Exning Estate, Newmarket (a rural estate comprises 719 hectares of commercial, residential and agricultural properties including an Equine Hospital, 155-acre solar farm and 40 residential dwellings).
