At Birketts LLP, the restructuring and insolvency team is led by Laurence Weeks, who operates out of the firm’s Cambridge office. Weeks is well versed in advising on high-value insolvency cases, and is ably supported by corporate expert Greg Allan, who handles non-contentious matters, and litigator Andrew Kinnison, who is dual-qualified as a barrister; both practitioners are based in Norwich. In Ipswich, Alexandra Nelson routinely advises on large-scale restructurings. Sian Leonard and Lauren Johnson joined the team from Isadore Goldman in September 2025.
