Highlight-Mandate

Continuing to be the sole commercial legal advisor to Cosworth, assisting with projects relating to drivetrain technology and engine design, manufacture and supply contracts with major supercar manufacturers.
Advising technology education and training provider TechEducators on its licences for remote and in-person modules, brand protection, employee equity schemes, and investment.
Advising the owners of the Water Babies franchise network on the development and deployment of their new class and member management platform that will be used by all local franchisees. This involves assisting them with project planning, discovery, AGILE development, go-live, migration of data to the new platform, escrow, and ongoing support and hosting.
