Spearheading the team, Beverley Merrell specialises in commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and property secured lending matters in particular. Kate Burlinson advises lenders on the refinancing of commercial and investment property portfolios, while Raj Hundal has noteworthy experience assisting lenders with pension scheme transactions. Molly Mcloughlin handles sales and purchases, pension schemes, and landlord and tenant work. Ian Sanders departed the practice in September 2024.
