Eldib & Co’s corporate and commercial team provides ‘tailored services’ and specialises in commercial arrangements and related contracts. The team is co-led by managing partner Amr Eldib, who focuses on representing international businesses in acquisitions and corporate governance. Eldib shares leadership of the team with Mohamed Eldib, who is adept at corporate restructurings and spearheads the revision and drafting of commercial contracts and agency and distribution contracts.
