Khodeir & Partners specialises in equity capital markets, acquisitions and related due diligence. The team is headed by three specialists: managing partner Mohamed Khodeir, who leverages extensive corporate experience across the region to guide clients through corporate matters; Hanan El Dib, who demonstrates expertise in corporate dispute resolution and due diligence mandates; and Amr Noureldin, who has a strong track record advising on direct and indirect investment. Noureldin joined the team from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in July 2024.
