Benefiting from a merger with Cartem Consulting Group in February 2024, Lexincorp handles matters for clients seeking to enter the market, advising on incorporation, corporate governance and joint ventures, with an increased focus on the fintech space.  The group is also adept in a range of other industries, acting prolifically in the energy and banking sectors, heavily engaging in renewable energy projects such as solar plants. Adriana Portillo is active in the financial services industry, regularly assisting banks with due diligence associated with the acquisition of companies. Portillo, Enrique Escobar and Erick Huezo are the trio heading up the team. Antonio Guirola left the group in September 2024.
